Shipping information
We offer a next day delivery service to most of our products and only if it is in stock, and not available on pre-order. Please note that next day delivery is from Monday to Friday on orders placed before 4 PM GMT. For orders placed after 4 PM on Fridays through to Sunday, it will be next day from the following Monday.
All orders are delivered during business days. Business days do not include weekends and national UAE holidays.
We will do our best to have your goods delivered the next day, however, during our busy periods your delivery can take up to 3-5 working days  once confirmed your item is in stock.
Please only contact us if you have not received your goods after this time.
Shipping rates
We offer free delivery for all orders above AED 500 accross all Emirates. For orders below AED 500, a shipping charge of AED 50 will be applicable for shipping within Dubai, and AED 100 to all other Emirates
Please note, that The 8 Senses Living reserves the right to add extra charges to the delivery if your location is in a remote area.
Schedule Delivery
Once the order is placed, we will reach out to confirm a date and time as suggested by our delivery team. You will have the option to reschedule if you’re unavailable and fix a new slot based on your convenience and the final update given by our team.
The order will be only delivered to the ground floor if there is no elevator available. You will be required to arrange your own manpower for carrying the items to the higher floor.
Collection by Customer
You may also collect the pieces for free from our warehouse in Jebel Ali, Dubai. Please ensure that goods are inspected carefully at the time of collection. The 8 Senses Living will not accept any responsibility for any claims of damages once items have been collected from our warehouse by the customer. Â
